These Terms are a working draft. Before public launch they must be finalized with Swiss legal counsel to cover binding bids and purchases, seller obligations, prohibited items, cancellation, account enforcement and liability.

Enalista is a marketplace that connects private buyers and sellers. Payments, protected transactions and payouts are introduced only once a regulated payment provider and compliance review are in place.

By creating an account you agree not to list prohibited goods, not to bypass in-platform messaging for payments, and to treat other members fairly.
